On Vacation

Yes, we are getting a vacation this summer. The way the weeks were going, I was beginning to wonder. June and most of July were a blitz. Gerry took a three day economic class from MSU, went to Billings to help write some state math tests, finished a correspondence course from Moody Bible Institute (and is in the middle of another), worked at the fireworks stand. We replaced the decking and railing on our front porch with composite material. We've also had to work to get our yard back in shape, after being gone all last summer. It's looking pretty good and the garden is looking good also.

So, now we've been with Josh and Monica and Paeton for a few days. We brought my mom with us to here, then her sister-in-law came up from Portland to pick her up. Mom will stay with her until we pick her up on the way home from the coast.

Tomorrow we'll leave for the Oregon coast. We plan to camp and ride our way down until we run out of time. We are SO looking forward to riding by the ocean again and relaxing each evening. I'll try to post a few times during that the week, if we can find some wi-fi.
