Days 35,36 - June 28, 29- Days Off-Marshfield ,WI

DAYS 35, 36 - JUNE 28, 29 - REST DAYS IN MARSHFIELD, WI

On Saturday, we enjoyed a nice long rest day with Bill and Carolyn.
It was a good day to be inside as the weather was gray, windy and spitting rain off and on.

Today, we went to church
with Bill and Carolyn then Gerry and I drove to Green Bay to see.... If you know Gerry, you know that he grew up in Wisconsin and is a HUGE Packers fan, so this was a real treat for him. Knowing that he'll most likely never get to a game here, this was the next best thing. He spent a couple of hours in the Packers Hall of Fame and thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't join him,as I wanted him to take all the time he needed (without the presence of a Seahawk fan to put a damper on it. ;o) )
We went into the Pro Shop, and can you believe that the only thing he wanted to buy was a Packers bib for our Seahawks grandbaby?!?!??!! THAT did not happen!

My knee and his shoulder are feeling better today, even though we're not at 100%. Thank you, thank you for your prayer!

We are planning to take off again in the morning (Mon) for Milwaukee, hoping to get there Thursday afternoon. I most likely will not post again until next weekend, unless I get access to a computer.

Blue and Silver - Pat
Green and Gold - Gerry

The problem with going to Green Bay today is that it blew our promise of not buying gas all summer!
